All cancelled reservations will be charged a $10 processing fee for the first $100, anything over $100 will be charged a $25.00 fee regardless of time before your check in. Any reservations cancelled 14 days or less before arrival date will not be refunded, no exceptions. To reschedule any reservation a 14 day notice prior to arrival is required, no exceptions, reservations can only be moved 1 time. All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. If you do not provide full payment your pending reservation will be cancelled.

We do not refund for events out of our control like power outages, weather, acts of God, flooding or circumstances that may cut your trip short. We recommend purchasing trip insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstance that may force you to change or cancel your stay.
