Check In Policy

PLEASE READ & UNDERSTAND THE FAQ, CANCELLATION & CHECK IN POLICY BEFORE BOOKING!!!

Check In is from 2-6pm, anything after 6pm will need to make arrangements, check out is 11am. All cabins and glamping check in is 4pm with check out of 11am. We do not allow check ins after 9pm. If you are not able to make it by 9pm please plan to stay somewhere for the evening & no refund for the night lost. This policy is in place out of respect for our other guests not being disturbed late in the evening. Also we are a small family run campground and we have bed times too. Sunday-Thursday is our on call days; the campground is not fully staffed while we work the grounds, maintaining 10 acres is a full time job. Calling an hour before arrival will ensure someone is there to get you checked in and that you still have cell service. During slow on call days guests will receive a text via the staff member in charge asking for arrival time; please make sure you include the correct mobile number on your reservation.

We do not refund for events out of our control like power outages, weather, acts of God, flooding or circumstances that may cut your trip short. We recommend purchasing trip insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstance that may force you to cancel or change your stay.

Creek Ridge Camping Hold Harmless Agreement must be completed by the reservation holder and signed by all parties within the same reservation. Minor's will have to have an adult sign for them. No minor without an adult is able to camp ,must be 18 years or older.
